Altered Beast remake is a remake of the original: an adventure, platform and action game, tells the story of a girl daughter of Zeus who is kidnapped by a sorcerer named Neff, so Zeus gives you life and the rescue mission there, on the way you will have many challenges .
Altered Beast is a classic arcade game developed and manufactured by Sega in 1988.
The game is set in Ancient Greece and follows a player character chosen by Zeus to rescue his daughter Athena from the demonic ruler of the underworld, Neff.
Gameplay

The game has five levels set in Ancient Greece and populated by aggressive undead creatures and monsters resembling those from Greek mythology. The demonic god Neff waits at the end of each level. Level One – Cemetery. Beast: Wolf. Powers: Fireball (long distance) Energy Run (melee) and (Flaming Fire Special).
Level Two – Underground. Beast: Dragon. Powers: Shoot Lightning (long distance) Electric Shock (melee) and Special Lightning Rain).
Level Three – Grotto. Beast: Bear. Powers: Energy Ball (long distance) “Sonic” spin (melee) and Special Super Spiral Attack).
Level Four – Temple. Beast: Tiger. Powers: Similar to Lobo’s and Special Supersonic Waves.
Level Five – World of the Dead. Beast: Wolf. Powers: Identical to the first wolf
Hardest Mode – Remembering this mode can only be accessed when finalizing the “Normal Mode” mode
Level One – Full Moon: Black Wolf. Powers: Fireball (long distance) Framing hook (melee) and Special Attack of the Fierce Wolves).
Level Two – Frozen cave. Beast: White Dragon. Powers: Shoot Lightning (long range) Electric Shock (melee) and Special Freezing Rain).
Level Three – Shadow Cave. Beast: Bear. Powers: Energy Ball (long distance) “Sonic” spin (melee) and Special Super Spiral Attack).
Level Four – Temple. Beast: Tiger. Powers: Similar to Lobo’s and Special Supersonic Waves.
Level Five – Dimension of darkness: Black Wolf. Powers: Fireball (long distance) Framing hook (melee) and Special Attack of the Fierce Wolves).
