The most nefarious and crafty criminals are the ones who operate completely under the radar. In the computing world security breaches happen all the time, and in the best cases the offenders get tracked down by the FBI or some other law enforcement agency.
But it’s the ones who go uncaught and unidentified (those who we didn’t highlight in our Cyber Crime Hall Fame that are actually the best. Attempting to cover your tracks is Law-Breaking 101; being able to effectively do so, that’s another story altogether.
When a major cyber crime remains unsolved, though, it probably also means that those of us outside the world of tech crime solving may never even know the crime occurred.

MESS is an acronym that stands for Multiple Emulator Super System.
MESS will more or less faithfully reproduce computer and console systems on a PC.
MESS can currently emulate over 250 systems from the last 5 decades.
MESS emulates the hardware of the systems and sometimes utilizes ROM images to load programs and games.

Assez célèbre, le SVI-318 se caractérise par son bâton joyeux rouge sur le clavier. Il faisait fonction de touches de direction. Sorti en même temps que le Commodore 64, il n’a pas eu le succès de ce dernier. Spectravideo reste une marque intéressante, avec de nombreux périphériques à son actif, dont les célèbres joysticks de camelote “Quickshot”.

Le SVI-318 pouvait même faire le pro avec le CP/M.
