Canyon Tank Duel is a competitive shoot ’em up duel for one or two players, released in February 2025 and programmed by Richard/TND with graphics by Richard and Pinov Vox.
The game features joystick controls where players move their tanks left or right and press fire to shoot at the opponent.
The goal is to reduce your opponent’s power energy (“POW”) by hitting their tank. Once depleted, one final shot destroys the tank, awarding a point to the shooter. Matches continue until a set maximum of win points is reached, determining the overall winner.
Players can collect power-ups delivered by a drone to boost firepower or gain speed, or to freeze the opponent temporarily—but picking up the CYAN power-up freezes your own tank, putting you in a vulnerable position. The game includes a polished tape loader by RB and offers complete source code, developed as part of the Lemon 64 assembly programming tutorial “[Fun and Games Programming In Assembly – Part 2].” It combines simple yet tactical gameplay with classic retro charm.

Spy Kombat
Spy Kombat is a sideways scrolling action game created with SEUCK by Jon Wells and developed by Pinov Vox, featuring music by Richard/TND (title) and Pinov Vox (intro and in-game). The game’s scenario centers on Agent Shancky, who must recover stolen defense plans from the evil spy Mr. X to prevent a global threat.
Set inside a two-floor headquarters with multiple levels, players navigate by climbing ladders to move between floors. The main objective is to locate Mr. X while defeating his gang of enemy spies. Players can shoot enemies and also destroy crates to collect bonus items that increase their score and earn extra lives every 10,000 points.
The gameplay challenges players to strategically clear levels, manage resources, and ultimately stop Mr. X from exploiting the stolen plans.

Bereft
This Commodore 64 game puts you in the role of the chief of a journalist organization who must recover stolen evidence and money after a rival group sabotages your work. Following a celebratory announcement of your investigative success, your home is burgled, and it’s up to you to retrieve what was taken.
The game features four different endings, each accompanied by hand-drawn illustrations that add depth to the story. It offers authentic retro visuals alongside atmospheric retro music, creating an immersive mood throughout the gameplay.

Rogueish
ROGUEish is a modern rogue-like game for the Commodore 64, playable on real hardware or via emulation. Drawing inspiration from C64’s Rogue64, the Amiga game RogueCraft, and the now-defunct Marvel Avengers Alliance, ROGUEish also takes influence from the YouTube tutorial series by Lazy Devs Academy on making Porklike using Pico-8.
It supports both NTSC and PAL systems and features procedurally generated levels that ensure a unique gameplay experience every time. With 136 different enemy types each with varying abilities, the challenge remains fresh and engaging. The graphics embrace crisp pixel art style fitting to the retro aesthetic. A free 2-level demo is available, including the classic SID tune to try before buying. The full game adds advanced gameplay elements such as multiple projectile types, extra sound effects, and a new title screen music composed by Nordischsound.
